Article 1 (Scope of application)

  1. These terms and conditions apply to customers (hereinafter referred to as "Users") who use VSJ CORE (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by VSJ LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and the Company. This establishes the rights and obligations relationship between the parties.

Article 2 (Definition)

​

  1. Service: This service refers to the texts, titles, videos, still images, etc. (hereinafter referred to as "data, etc.") provided on the site provided by our company, VSJ CORE and VSJ COLLEGE.

  2. User: A user of the Service refers to an individual who has accepted these Terms, entered into a contract with the Company regarding the use of the Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Usage Agreement"), and has been approved by the Company for use.
     

Article 3 (Changes to Terms)

  1. The Company shall make changes to these Terms when such changes do not contradict the purpose of the contract based on these Terms and are reasonable in light of the necessity of the change, the appropriateness of the content after the change, and other circumstances surrounding the change. may change these Terms in accordance with the provisions of Article 548-4 of the Act. If these Terms are changed, fees and other matters related to the Service will be subject to the changed Terms.
     

Article 4 (Establishment of contract)

  1. This usage agreement comes into effect when the user accepts these terms, registers the specified user information, and our company accepts the use.
     

Article 5 (User login information)
 

  1. Users shall manage information such as IDs and passwords at their own risk, and will be responsible for all actions taken using this information.

  2. Users must not transfer, lend, or disclose their ID or password to a third party.

  3. We are not responsible for any damage or loss incurred by users as a result of unauthorized use of their ID or password.

  4. If a user discovers that their ID or password is being used illegally by a third party, they must immediately notify the company.
     

Article 6 (About payment)
 

  1. The User shall pay the subscription fee separately determined by the Company to the Company by the time determined by the Company. Payment shall be made using one of the payment methods separately determined by the Company.
     

Article 7 (Automatic renewal of annual plan contract)
 

  1. If a user subscribes to an annual plan, the contract will be automatically renewed with the same content as before unless there is prior notice from the company or the user before the expiration of the contract period.
     

Article 8 (Suspension of user's use of the service, cancellation of contract)
 

  1. If the user falls under any of the following items, the Company may suspend the use of this service or cancel the contract without prior notice to the user.

    • If you declare false information at the time of registration

    • If your ID or password is used illegally

    • If the subscription fee is not paid or if the subscription fee has not been paid in the past.

    • If you interfere with the proper operation of this service.

    • In other cases where the provision of this service is inappropriate.
       

Article 9 (Prohibited matters)
 

  1. Users shall not engage in any acts that fall under any of the following, or any acts that may be likely to fall under any of the following.

    • Acts that infringe on the copyrights or intellectual property rights of other users, third parties, or our company

    • Acts that violate the privacy of other users, third parties, or our company

    • Acts that slander other users, third parties, or our company

    • Acts that violate public order and morals, laws and regulations

    • Other inappropriate behavior

    • Unauthorized reproduction, copying, etc. of this service, data, etc. (excluding exceptions under copyright law)
       

Article 10 (Cancellation/Withdrawal)
 

  1. If the user wishes to cancel the contract for use of this service, the user shall complete the cancellation procedures in a prescribed manner separately determined by the Company, and upon completion of the cancellation procedure, the contract for use of the service shall be canceled.

  2. Even if you cancel your contract for using this service, we will not refund any subscription fees you have already received.
     

Article 11 (Copyright and use of data, etc.)

  1. Unless otherwise specified, the copyright and use of data etc. provided to users through this service shall be as follows.

    • Text, videos and still images: Copyrights belong to our company. Reproduction beyond the scope of quotation is prohibited.
       

Article 12 (Handling of personal information)

  1. Regarding personal information obtained by our company, our companyprivacy policywill be used and managed based on the following.

  2. The Company may send e-mails and other promotional materials to users for advertisements or promotions.
     

Article 13 (Notification to users)

​

  1. When we notify users of information regarding this service, we will do so by any method we deem appropriate, such as the service site, web application, email newsletter, or notification email to users.

  2. Notifications will be made using the email address registered by the user.
     

Article 14 (Temporary suspension of service)

​

  1. If any of the following events occur, the Company may temporarily suspend this service without prior notice to the user.

    • When performing regular or emergency maintenance work on the system

    • If it becomes difficult to provide this service due to circumstances that cannot be attributed to our company, such as natural disasters or fires.

    • In other cases where it is necessary to stop this service for the proper operation of this service.
       

Article 15 (Changes, cancellation and termination of services)

 

  1. The Company may change, cancel, or terminate part or all of the Service after notifying the User. However, changes or cancellations may be made without notice to users if the changes are not serious.

  2. The Company will not be held responsible for any damage caused to the user due to changes, suspension, or termination of part or all of the Service other than the refund of unused subscription fees. .
